5. ATP CLP Regulation

Regulation (EU) No 944/2013 of 2 October 2013 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (“5. ATP”) was published 3 October 2013 in the EU Official Journal L 261 and entered into force in October 2013.

This regulation introduces some changes in Tables 3.1 and 3.2 of Annex VI of the CLP Regulation (Harmonised classifications and labelling) which must be applied compulsory from 1.1.2015.
