Regulation (EU) No 618/2012 of 10 July 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 was published 11 July 2012 in the EU Official Journal L 179 and entered into force in August 2012.
The application of the provisions has become mandatory 1st December 2013.
This regulation introduced some changes in Tables 3.1 and 3.2 of Annex VI of the CLP Regulation (Harmonised classifications and labelling).
