The CLP regulation has already undergone numerous amendments and additions, which we have taken into account in the corresponding calculation modules and basic substance data. Usually, these regulations are given a number indicating which amendment is involved. The abbreviation ATP stands for “Adaptation to the Technical Progress”.
- The 8. ATP served to adopt the 5th revision of the UN GHS. Changes in mixture classification regarding corrosivity/irritancy to skin and eyes. Amended wording for H and P phrases.
- The 9. ATP contained amendments to Annex VI.
- The 10. ATP contained changes to the content and structure of Annex VI, new wordings for the notes, and ATEs (for Nicotine) for the first time.
- The 11. ATP contained the substance names for the previous entries of Annex VI in all EU languages. More recent amendments already contain these in the appropriate language version.
- The 12. ATP served the adaptation 6th and 7th revision of the UN GHS.
- The 13. ATP contained amendments to Annex VI.
- The 14. ATP contains amendments to Annex VI, in particular for titanium dioxide, as well as two new EUH phrases and comments on the classification of mixtures containing TiO2.

- The 16. ATP introduces new wording of some notes of Annex VI.
