If you have a problem with our software we are glad to help. Sometimes it is useful to get a picture by connecting to your PC via Teamviewer.

For downloading the connection software * simply click at this link.

Start the connection software with “Execute”. Once we have started Teamviewer on our side, we should normally see your support request. We then send you a request to allow remote access to your PC (“Fernsteuerung zulassen”)

* For the next session you can execute this software directly as well.
