The documents you create with HSM are generated as RTF- or PDF files with the correct fonts (e.g. Cyrillic for Bulgarian). On the other hand, within NAV (up to Version NAV 6 / NAV 2009) it is not possible to inspect all language versions of a certain text phrase with the correct display of their fonts at the same time. This escpecially makes the entering and editing of customer-specific phrases difficult.

The Prosisoft NAV phrase keyboard is the remedy. Via the Phrases menu one calls a card for the selected language, which displays the phrase correctly in the text field(s) and allows editing with the assigned font. This is epecially interesting for phrases created by the user, where translations may be added simply by Copy and Paste.
